You will have access to a modern shared kitchen (with cooker, fridge/freezer, washer and dryer, microwave, kettle, toaster) communal lounge and shared bathroom As this is supported accommodation (intended for people who are unable to afford a normal rented property at present), to be eligible for a room, you will need to be receipts of benefits such as Universal credit, ESA, JSA, UC, or PIP. All tenants moving in will be thoroughly vetted, this is to ensure the property is looked after and all tenants get along. We are not like other HMO providers.
