1 bedroom property wanted ASAP

I’m looking for a 1 bedroom house/flat/ studio or apartment in the Bramley/armley/Pudsey or Rodley area that would accept benefits and 2 dogs and I must be able to view the property 1st before even paying any money over and I would preferably pay cash in hand as it would be easier for me as I can’t do bank transfers so please let me know if you have any properties in them areas to let as I need to move out of the property that I’m in now because the roof is starting to collapse on me because of the water leaks extra
