Should you wish to take up occupancy earlier than September, then obviously full monthly rent would be payable. Is there parking at the property? If you can provide proof of residency at the address to the local authority they may be able to issue you with a permit. Do I pay my rent monthly or termly? The minimum requirement is for rent payments to be paid monthly in advance (i.e. rent is due on the first working day of the month for that month).Some tenants prefer to pay termly as this coincides with when they receive grants, loans, subsistence or stipend payments. Can I pay my rent with a credit card?We're afraid this is not possible - we are sole property landlords that don't use this type of facility.
