We bought this home gym in about 2002 and it has had regular but light use over the last couple of decades. It has generally been housed in a shed or garage environment and is still in decent condition; although it would benefit from a good clean and some TLC. It is designed to fit into the corner of a room, thus requiring much less space than traditional designs. Floor space required: 44" Deep (Press Station) x 42" Wide (Pec Dec) x 78" HIgh.I still have the original sales leaflet and installation manual.
