Head of Asset Management

New Opportunity: Head of Asset Management!   (3-6 months interim) in the South West!  Our client is on the lookout for an Interim Head of Asset Management to oversee the organisations Contract Works Managers, Design Managers, and their teams. Key Responsibilities: Manage leases and contracts, advising on dispute resolution with third parties. Lead cyclical and major works programs, including S20 compliance. Report to internal Committees and Boards. Drive detailed knowledge of procurement and new contract submissions. Spearhead the internal audit program. Ensure comprehensive oversight of stock condition updates and decent homes positions. Develop a robust Decarbonation plan/strategy. Manage any latent defects efficiently.
