Finance Business Partner- Home Working

Summary We have partnered with an exciting research institute on their Finance Business Partner role The Finance Business Partner will be responsible for building budgets and forecast and tracking the spend of multiple projects, working with a variety of different stakeholders. Our ClientWe are supporting a cutting edge research institute who are making important advances in science and data. This organisation is championing ethical innovation in their field of expertise. They have an incredibly flexible working model and will require the right candidate to come into the office 4 days a month. Their offices are in central London. The Role We are looking for Finance Business Partner to manage multiple business projects, producing the budgets and forecasts and working closely with academic stakeholders and project managers. You will be also be reporting the status of the project back to your funders, so you will need to be able to track the cash value of each programme. Successful Candidate Qualified accountant Solid experience of producing management accounts, budgets and forecasts ideally within research/ higher education/ grant giving sectors but we are open to candidates from all backgrounds Great communication skills Proactive individual who can take ownership of their projects and manage their own workload and timelines Good organisation skills Experience of project accounting and allocating costs wouldbe helpfulWhat's on Offer? £60,000 per year Extremely flexible working policy- going into their London office 4 times month.1 Thursday per month is set to ensure you have time with the finance team A role that will provide lots of autonomy Fantastic offices in central London Exciting organisation leading on ethical, data and scientific research
