Job Title: Commercial Electrical Maintenance Engineer (Static)Location: Birmingham and surrounding areasSalary: Up to £39,000 per annum Benefits: 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, training and development opportunities, company pension schemeWe are currently seeking a Commercial Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our client's team. This is a mobile role, where you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenanceResponsibilities:Undertake planned and reactive maintenance of electrical systems across commercial propertiesCarry out electrical installations and repairs where requiredDiagnose and rectify faults with electrical systems and equipmentEnsure all work is carried out safely and in line with relevant health and safety regulationsKeep accurate records of work completed and materials usedLiaise with clients and tenants to ensure work is carried out to their satisfactionWork collaboratively with other members of the maintenance teamRequirements:NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalentPrevious experience in a similar role, carrying out electrical maintenance in commercial properties18th Edition Wiring RegulationsFull UK driving licenceExcellent communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage your own workloadIn return for your skills and experience, we are offering a competitive salary of up to £39,000 per annum,.
