Contact Centre Advisor - Renewable Energy Sector Here at Ardour, we are privileged enough to work with one of the biggest and most established Energy Suppliers in the UK. They’re on a mission to drive the global renewable energy revolution, and need loads more people to help make their vision a reality. Our client has a huge foothold in the EV & Solar sector and with this are looking for an experienced Contact Centre Advisor to come and join the team in Brighton. **Job Overview:** As a Contact Centre Representative, you will be the first point of contact for there valued customers. You'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues with a focus on customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy. 2. Provide accurate information about products, services, and billing processes. 3. Resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly and effectively. 4. Process customer requests 5. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams and follow up to ensure resolution. 6. Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the CRM system. 7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience. 8. Stay informed about industry trends and product updates to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers. 9. Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling and customer satisfaction targets. **Qualifications:** 1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 2. Previous experience in a customer service or contact centre role is preferred. 3. Ability to navigate and effectively use CRM systems and other relevant software. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude. 5. Empathetic approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. 6. Ability to handle high call volumes and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. Knowledge of the energy industry is a plus but not mandatory. 8. Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
