We're seeking multiple Sub Agent to join our client Southwest Environment civils team based in Somerset or Exeter, this is a fantastic opportunity to work for one largest tier 1 contractors in the UK.Salary: £37,000-£43,000 Location: Somerset Or ExeterContract: Fixed Term Contract (24 Months) - Full Time Responsibilities:As a Sub Agent, you'll be an integral part of the Southwest Environment team, supporting our Collaborative Delivery Framework. Your responsibilities will include:Assisting with the construction strategy, including kick-off meetings, pre-commencement documentation, procurement, and design deliverable schedules.Allocating labor, plant, materials, and temporary works in coordination with the Agent and Section Foreman to ensure activities are carried out to the required standards, program, and budget.Managing the site engineering team and overseeing the performance and development of site and Section Engineers.Identifying and resolving technical site issues in collaboration with the Agent.Ensuring the site team has the necessary documentation, information, and resources to carry out their duties effectively.Requirements:This role of Sub Agent is ideal for candidates who possess:HNC or degree qualification.Demonstrated knowledge and practical application of Site Engineering activities combined with construction supervision skills.Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) card - Supervisor - Gold, Experienced Supervisor, or Manager.RAMS and temporary work experience Benefits:8 weeks paternity leave, 26 weeks maternity leave, pregnancy loss leave, surrogacy leave, menopause guidance, and morePension contribution between 4-7.5%26 days plus bank holidaysincludes many more benefits and flexible benefits we value potential and welcome candidates with transferable skills.
