Stock Condition Surveyor

TSA Surveying is in partnership with a prominent building consultancy, in search of a stock condition surveyor for a social housing project in Northampton. This position is best suited to Domestic Energy Assessors. Surveyors will be recording the condition of social housing properties using a tablet, and they will also collect EPCs. Experience collecting Energy Performance Certificates is essential. A work history within stock condition surveying is also ideal, though candidates with a background in construction, the trades, or social housing have also fared well in the past.
