Job Title: SailPoint Developer Location: London, United Kingdom Work Mode: Hybrid (3days p.a week onsite) Package: Competitive + Benefits Start Date: ASAP Permanent Role: Yes Job Description: Accountabilities: Involve in gathering and solution design, mapping business and technical requirements to solutions. White board solution options to the client and explain pros and cons of each option. Produce high-quality requirements and design documents. Share innovative ideas and challenge the status quo. Required Technical Skills & Experience: A strong engineering background with knowledge and experience of Identity and Access Management principles and practices. Experience in the installation and configuration of IAM solution using SailPoint IIQ. Hands-on experience in scripting/programming languages, supporting operating systems and middleware with good understanding of DevOps methods and related tooling such as Jenkins etc. Application onboarding for enterprise business/infrastructure and cloud applications. IGA process implementation and testing for core functionalities including provisioning, JML, certification, role-based access control (RBAC), entitlement management, policy management, ServiceNow catalogue integration, data access governance, cloud access governance and identity analytics. Strong collaboration, influencing and communication skills, with an enthusiasm for problem solving, solutioning, and idea sharing. A proven ability to listen, coach, mentor and promote good principles within the team. Experience of delivering in a fast-paced Agile working environment. A strong service focus to be able to support, maintain, and improve the IAM service for a better colleague experience.
