Internal Service Manager

Are you a natural problem-solver?Do you possess strong leadership skills and have a solid technical background?If so, this role could be your next challenge.I am currently recruiting for a well-known company in Milton Keynes, who are looking for a meticulous and passionate Internal Service Manager.You will be responsible for overseeing all service operations, work alongside field service managers, engineers and escalate any issues to supplies when appropriate. You will need to have a great understanding of clients needs and be able to improve the level of customer service and build exceptional rapport with all stakeholders with ease.Key Duties include:Working with the Field Service manager making sure all aspects of installs and trials are carried out correctlyAble to demonstrate and understand the equipment that Reiser sell by taking on technical support calls from the customer and members of the service teamTo be able to liaise with the Internal Sales Manager and Sales TeamReview service and install reports in a timely mannerTo understand engineered solutions required for customersTo gather information on warranty parts to be able to allow a clean process with different vendorsWorking closely with the Regional Coordinator to own the process in unsung parts are returned correctlySkills & Experience:Able to work collaboratively with the rest of the teamCan demonstrate actions in a customer centric mannerManage their workload efficiently and in a timely mannerSomeone who is AnalyticCan work under pressureHas a good understanding of technical aspects of the role, so having similar industry experience helpsBenefits:Salary - £48,000 to £50,000Annual company bonus25 Days holiday plus bank holidayPrivate Health careLife AssurancePension SchemeCompany benefits with discounts and a well-being hubIf you are passionate about providing exceptional service to clients and suppliers and have the skills listed above, we would love to hear from you.
