Salary plus potential car or allowance Mon to Fri Single site in Bristol, with very irregular support to Eastleigh, Hampshire *Looking to recruit either a HV AP looking to progress into management, or a strong manager happy to go through the HP AP process* One of the UK's largest and most successful Facilities Management (FM) providers are now looking for a Technical Services Manager to lead the M&E function across their client's major facility in Bristol, the customer are in corporate insurance. Close to Bristol Parkway Station the facility is a corporate office, in a campus style, set in spacious green areas, with a variety of leisure facilities, large enough to accommodate several thousand staff, and is home to a number of M&E assets, LV, HV and Mechanical. The client here focus a number of their key functions here, including IT support, Marketing and Legal teams, and so a smooth running facility is critical. Here, in this role you would lead the Engineering team, feed back to the customer  and report into the Account's Head of Engineering. There are major projects going on, including the build of a Data Centre, and so this is a great time to come in and assist in operations. There will be an emphasis on HV work, so any applicants with HVAP tickets would be very welcome This is  fantastic role for a Technical Lead or advanced Supervisor looking to develop their career within a world class employer on a major account. Actions will include: Ensuring the efficient and consistent operation of all facility Engineering activities to meet contractual obligations  Support and originate technical services initiatives to deliver Account savings glide paths and account plan with detailed and specific objectives of cost savings, consistency and risk management Support and lead account technical leadership to be responsible for the leadership of all resources involved in the delivery of Technical Services. (E.g., recruitment, ethics, performance assessment, personal development, personal wellbeing etc. driving employer standing as company of choice. Actively manage the professional development of all account technical leadership under their responsibility. Be responsible for the implementation of Engineering technology platform to support service delivery. Ensure the required reporting from the systems. Support the development and ensure effective implementation standard operating and maintenance procedures and processes for the Account Drive client specific initiatives such as savings targets, benchmarking, and best practice, including EHS Risk Management We need from you: Clear engineering qualifications Experience in a leadership role
