A growing global organisation are looking for an experienced and ambitious Power BI Developer to join their newly-created data team in Central London as they look to become increasingly data-driven. This is a hybrid role, with 2 days per week in the office to collaborate with your team.The purpose of this new team is to consolidate and integrate untapped data from a range of systems to create a single source of truth - you'll be primarily responsible for collecting, cleaning and organising this data, ready for Power BI Developers in the team to create insightful visualisations for business consumption.The focus of your role will be maintaining and building upon the existing data architecture using the Azure technology stack, working on the development of data pipelines, data processing and data integrations. This will include building the API Management layer for data federation to external systems. You will use your problem-solving skills to come up with innovative solutions, and will continually champion the use of Microsoft's data and API capabilities.This is a really unique and exciting opportunity for an Azure Data Engineer to take their career to the next level with an organisation who are investing a lot into this area of the business - making it an incredibly exciting time to get involved and have a real tangible impact on their data journey!Requirements: Significant experience developing data solutions using the Microsoft Azure tech stack: Azure SQL Server, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, Azure Event Bus, Azure Logic Apps, Databricks etc.Strong understanding of ETL processes and data modelling e.g. KimballExperience connecting directly to various systems with use of APIsExperience working with structured, semi-structures and non-structured dataUnderstanding of CI/CD, Azure DevOps and release managementBenefits:Salary up to £90,000 depending on experiencePlease Note: This is a permanent role for UK residents only.
