Human Resources AssistantOaklandĀ£11 per hourFull Time ContractNovax Recruitment is actively seeking a Human Resources Assistant based in Oakland. This role is contract position working full time hours.Responsibilities include:Ensure that any general post and emails (HR Inbox) to the team are promptly processed for action within the team.Process all recruitment related paperwork, log applications and shortlist documents for managers.Ensure that payroll is advised of all pay related changes, update and maintain databasesProduce contracts of employment, complete DBS checks have been processed and all documentation is correct and verifiedAd hoc HR duties in an administrative capacity as directed by managementSkills and experience required:Experience of working in an administrative role in a busy, customer focussed environmentExperience of using a range of IT systems including e-mail, word, excel, PowerPointExperience of data entry and maintaining and HR databaseCIPD - Certificate/Level 3 (desired)This position will be subject to a DBS checkFor more information, contact Euan at Novax on (phone number removed) or follow the job advert to apply.
