The Package:Up to £35,000 DOEMon - Fri0830 - 1730Stanford-le-hopeThe Role:As Bookkeeper / Accounts you will work closely with existing team to ensure accounting records are maintained on a timely and accurate basis for the company and associated companiesManage the Accounts Mailbox and ensure emails are dealt with correctly and efficientlyRunning credit checksAd hoc sales invoicingCredit control, allocating customer receipts, sending statementsWill process customer & supplier transactionsReviewing and posting credit card transactions & employee expenses onto financial softwareManaging Sales and Purchase Invoice queriesMaking supplier paymentsAd hoc admin and accounts dutiesBalance sheet reconciliationsManagement account PreparationsVariance AnalyisThe Requirements:Minimum qualification - AAT Level 3 Diploma in AccountingAdvanced knowledge & experience using SAGE 50 accountsMinimum 3 years' experience in similar roleGood knowledge of Excel, Outlook and WordExperience in balance sheet reconiliations, Management account preparations and variance anaylsis #bookkeeperWR Logistics are the #1 recruitment partner for all vacancies in the logistics industry.
